 Memory Poem

Remember....

Getting so nervous waiting for the basketball game to begin.

When the game starts and your heart starts pumping even faster than it should. Watching my team getting up their hopes. Keeping my eyes on the ball travelling up and down the court. Waiting until the ball gets in the hoop.

Getting subbed onto the court, feeling sweat dripping down my body. My legs feel like jelly running up and down tripling the ball. Thinking how good a nice sip of ice cold water would feel going in my mouth. Having the thoughts of putting a freezing ice pack on my face and having an ice bath would be a dream come true.

Shape Poem

I made a poem about diamonds in the shape of a diamond today.

I enjoyed this and I would do it again.

Cinquain

This week we had to make a cinquain.

I like how it describe my live.

Egg Drop

T1 had Mrs Costello come in and we got certain materials to do an egg drop.

In my groups I have Milan G,Indie and myself.

Our egg didn't crack. I had lots of fun doing this activating.  

 

What is Matariki

This week we have been doing task about Matariki and one of the task was to explain what is Matariki.

I have done a lot of research about this and I really enjoyed it.

Weights Event at the Olympics

In the library on Thursday I made a weight lifting drawing about all the fun facts and I learnt a lot about weight lifting at the Olympics.

Te Reo

T1 has been learning to speak Te Reo and the class had to do there friends in moari.
